Can you match a buyer-specified spec sheet?

Yes. Send your hibiscus specification with your order request and we confirm in writing what we can meet before any contract is signed.

How are samples handled?

A 500 g–1 kg pre-shipment sample is drawn from the offered lot and couriered at buyer cost, with the lab report attached.

Which inspection bodies do you work with?

Independent third-party inspection (SGS, Cotecna or buyer-nominated) at loading, plus phytosanitary certification from the Nigerian Agricultural Quarantine Service.

Which incoterms and payment terms apply?

FOB Lagos/Apapa and CFR to major destination ports; CIF on request. Payment by irrevocable LC at sight, CAD or TT.
